Todos los meses voy a comprar provisiones para mi freezer así cuando en casa los no celíacos piden pizza o empanadas yo ya tengo lo mío. También hay riquísimas pastas, tartas y lasagna. Te lo podés llevar congelado o calientan en el local. Me salvan siempre.

Desde que me diagnosticaron intolerancia al gluten hace un tiempo atrás, pensé que ya no volvería a disfrutar de los sabores a los que nos tiene acostumbrados la cocina tradicional al momento de comprar platos elaborados. Y me equivoqué. No había probado las empanadas y pizzas de Lo de Jacinto sin gluten. Nada se extraña de aquellas recetas. Al contrario, se come sano y muy sabroso.
